Refund Policy
We want you to have a smooth experience with Damage Control. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products (food supplements), we do not accept returns on opened items for hygiene and safety reasons.
We may accept returns on unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- Item arrived damaged
- Incorrect item received
- Order lost in transit
If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- clear photos of the product and packaging
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or dispatched.
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
- opened or used products
- items returned without prior contact
- products damaged due to misuse
